Responsibilities:
1. Leading and ensuring the team delivers timely and high-quality work.
2. Demonstrating a strong understanding of aligned engagement while performing reviews of procedures performed by staff, and making reviews more efficient and meaningful by using various tools.
3. Developing an understanding of Quality and Risk Management procedures and ensuring these are embedded into the engagement team’s work.
4. Identifying opportunities to improve the scope of work on one’s own engagements.
5. Standardizing review processes along with leveraging best practices across one’s aligned engagements or beyond.
6. Motivating and leading one’s team members, identifying and fostering key talents, coaching and supervising team members.
7. Being responsible for various operational matters related to engagements aligned.
8. Conducting timely performance reviews and providing performance feedback/training.

Skills Set Required:
1. Strong Project Management Skills
2. Knowledge of Ind AS
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Exposure of Manufacturing, Services, IT industries will be preferred
