Responsibilities:
1. Leading Team of Articled Students for Conducting Capital Markets and Transaction Advisory related assignments
2. Conducting Financial Due Diligence & identifying key risk areas
3. Assisting in valuation analysis, financial modeling and deal structuring
4. Supporting M&A transactions, IPO readiness and capital restructuring
5. Timely completion of Certification, Circle Ups and field work with quality documentation
6. Raising the issues identified promptly with Manager(s) and Partner(s)
7. Guiding the junior team members in the team

Skills Set Required:
1. Having good exposure in Ind AS, Due Diligence, review and finalization of Audits.
2. Having good exposure in Capital Markets, IPO Process or SEBI Regulations.
3. Having experience of preparation/assisting in preparation of Audit Reports
4. Preferred Experience: Statutory Audits of Listed Companies
5. Must be ready to travel intercity.
6. Must be able to handle multiple clients.
