In 1956, Shri B. R. Pandit started Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountants (K&P) with an aim to provide various Accounting, Auditing, and Tax Services. With our founder, B.R. Pandit Sir’s vision, dedication, and ethical practices, we have evolved, with a rich mix of talents from different fields.
Our reputation has been built on high integrity & ethical practices for high reliability. While offering specialized solutions, we try to make informed decisions. Efficiency, Reliability, Stability, and Dependability are the four pillars on which we have formed relationships, lasting decades.
At K&P, we have a wide spectrum of services combining traditional as well as new areas of practice for a chartered accountant firm. A few of the service offerings have gone on to become leaders in their respective segments. These services are now based under separate entities, headed by us, the partners of K&P, and are called KPIT Technologies Ltd (KPIT) and KP Corporate Solutions Ltd. (KP ESOP Direct). KPIT is a Technology Company having operations in 20 countries and an IT Leader in its segment, while the KP ESOP latter is India’s first and leading Employees Stock Option Plan Services.
The Senior-Most Partner of Kirtane & Pandit, remains the guiding light behind the values, culture, and vision that define the firm today. A visionary entrepreneur, institution builder, and mentor, he continues to inspire through his belief in integrity, excellence, long-term relationships, and respect for people.
